Once your contract is signed, it’s time to get started! First, we will assign your account to a dedicated PR Strategist/Coordinator Team. This is who will be responsible for managing your account and helping you achieve your business goals. Next, you will receive access to your own Slack channel where you can communicate with your team. Lastly, your Strategist’s Calendly link will be sent to you so that you can set up a time and date for your official NEAT kickoff call.

What does success look like during our time together? 

Success for our PR clients includes visibility, credibility, website traffic and sales. These performance indicators can be achieved in a number of ways. For some it will be a feature in a national publication. For others it could be a guest spot on a podcast, editorial in a magazine, UGC from influencers, or even brand partnership deals. The best thing about PR is its longevity. One feature has the ability to make you discoverable for years to come.

Do you offer guarantees?

We can't guarantee features, but we can guarantee a contact list and that all pitches will be sent to you should you ever choose to bring in-house - setting you up for success in the long run

How much time do I have to set aside for this every month? What’s the time commitment?

Outside of our two monthly calls, about 2-3 hours per month to approve media lists and outreach messages. However, communication is key. The quicker you approve deliverables, the faster we can start submissions. Most journalists are on a time crunch and if we can’t get a response over to them ASAP, they likely will use a different source.
